By accessing or using the PSP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our platform.

1.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.

1.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

2.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Account Types

• Talent Accounts: For performers, speakers, and other entertainment professionals
• Planner Accounts: For event planners, organizers, and clients seeking talent
• Venue Accounts: For venues and event spaces

3. Booking Process

Our platform facilitates connections between talent and event planners.

3.1 Booking Agreement

When a booking is confirmed through our platform, both parties enter into a direct contractual relationship. PSP acts as an intermediary, not a party to this agreement.

3.2 Service Fees

PSP charges a service fee for each completed booking. This fee is displayed clearly before confirmation.

4. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely through our platform.

4.1 Payment Processing

We use industry-standard payment processors to handle transactions. Payment details are encrypted and securely stored.

4.2 Fee Structure

• Planners: No fee to browse or contact talent. Service fee applied upon booking confirmation.
• Talent: Commission fee deducted from completed booking payments.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the timing and circumstances.

5.1 Cancellation by Planner

• More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus processing fee
• 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Talent

If talent cancels, we will help find a suitable replacement. If no replacement is found, a full refund will be issued.

6. User Conduct

All users must adhere to our community guidelines.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Circumventing our payment system
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Uploading malicious content

7. Liability

PSP's liability is limited as outlined below.

7.1 Service Limitations

We provide a platform for connection but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by users.

7.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the 6 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.1 Platform Content

PSP owns all rights to the platform, including design, text, graphics, and software.

8.2 User Content

By posting content on our platform, you grant PSP a license to display and distribute that content in connection with our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

9.1 By PSP

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.

9.2 By User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

10.1 Notification

We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before changes take effect.

10.2 Continued Use

Your continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
